Afghanistan Rule of Law Observatory (ARLO) is an online resource hub that provides timely and comprehensive information on justice sector developments in Afghanistan. This information includes legislative documents and legal education materials, available in English, Dari and Pashto. ARLO’s primary audience includes non-state justice sector stakeholders, such as civil society organizations (CSOs), individual legal service providers, donors, and international organizations. Our aim is to assist such actors navigate the evolving legal landscape and operating environment in the country to better contribute to positive developmental outcomes in Afghanistan.
Our growing library includes law books, handbooks and journals on varied topics such as constitutional law, criminal law, legal ethics, etc. from a variety of sources from inside and outside of Afghanistan.
