The Hanns Seidel Scholarship Program (HSSP) 2024, a flagship initiative by the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF), is dedicated to supporting Afghan refugees residing in Pakistan. This comprehensive scholarship is aimed at fostering regional stability by empowering young, talented Afghan students enrolled in Pakistani universities. The program is designed to cover bachelor's and master's level studies across a duration of 2 to 4 years.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Afghan POR (Proof of Registration) cardholders residing in Pakistan
- Enrolled in a full-time academic degree program at an HEC-recognized university in Pakistan
- Demonstrable academic achievements and social involvement
