The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers scholarships for the MA Development and Governance program at the University of Duisburg-Essen. This program targets students from developing countries who have a background in social sciences and relevant work experience.

  4. Strong academic records, higher education entrance qualifications, and relevant professional or internship experience
