The Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) offers a scholarship program in collaboration with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for students from developing countries, including Afghanistan. This initiative aims to support postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property and Competition Law at MIPLC in Germany. The program is committed to educating professionals who will contribute to sustainable development in their home countries.

- Value: This fully funded scholarship covers a monthly stipend (934 Euros for Master's students, 1,300 euros for Ph.D. candidates), insurance, travel expenses, rent subsidy, and family allowance. No application fee is required.
- Language of Instruction: English and German.
- Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree (four or three years with an additional degree).
- At least one year of work experience after graduation in a relevant field. Work with public or private organizations in developing countries is considered (university staff and academics may not qualify).
- Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5, TOEFL IBT 85, CBT 213, or Cambridge C1 of 185 points) and B1 level in German Language (if required).
Application Procedure:
Applicants must submit their applications directly to the MIPLC, including a DAAD application form, Letter of Motivation, CV in EUROPASS format, university certificates (with translations if necessary), transcripts, work certificates, a letter of recommendation from the current employer, and proof of language skills. Selected candidates will then be invited to upload their complete applications to the DAAD Portal.
