The Slovak Government offers scholarships to international students, including those from Afghanistan, to pursue bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. degrees at Slovak public universities. This program supports Slovakia's development cooperation goals by promoting higher education opportunities for students from developing countries. Successful non-Slovak speaking applicants will receive a scholarship-funded language course to ensure proficiency for their studies.

- Eligibility: International students (including Afghan nationals). Age limits: 18-26 for bachelor's/master's; 23-35 for Ph.D. (as of September 1st of the academic year). Eight placements are available for bachelor's/master's degrees under this call.
- Application: Applicants must complete an online registration, receive a confirmation email with an activation link, log in to fill out the application form, and attach all required documents. The scholarship is contingent upon acceptance into a Slovak public university and completion of a Slovak language preparatory course if necessary.
