The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) offers the Scholarship for Peace and Security. This program aims to enhance young professionals' engagement in conflict prevention and resolution. Emphasizing a more inclusive and gender-balanced approach, the program encourages especially women to participate and advance in the security sector, particularly in the politico-military domain.

- Eligibility: Applicants must be nationals of an OSCE participating State or Partner for Cooperation, aged between 22 and 32, and hold at least a Bachelor's degree. The program strongly encourages female candidates to apply.
