Details
The Study Scholarships - Master Studies for All Academic Disciplines, offered by DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service), is a scholarship programme for postgraduate courses of study in Germany, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office.
Eligibility
- Applicants must have completed a first degree (Bachelor's/Diploma) by the time funding begins.
- The university degree must not be more than six years old at the application deadline.
- Applicants must have applied for admission to a German university on time.
- Applicants who have been resident in Germany for more than 15 months at the application deadline are not eligible.
- Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in German, English, or both, as required by the study program.
Programmes
- Full postgraduate or Master's degree in Germany.
- One year of study in Germany as part of a home university degree.
Duration of Funding
- Between 10 and 24 months, based on the length of the chosen program.
